Browse and ask for a viewing
Open a listing and send the landlord your name and a date. No account is needed; a signed-in broker is credited automatically.

Agree the lease and sign it in-app
The contract is built from the unit's real terms — rent, due day, deposit, advance — and signed with a typed signature and a tamper-evident record.

Move in with a portal of your own
Rent status, an itemised bill, receipts issued to your account, and a way to report a repair with photos — from the day you move in.
