Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Soofair (soofair.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. Soofair is property-management software currently in free early access, operated by its founder. If you are using Soofair on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Soofair is currently free to use while in early access. During this period, features may change, be reworked, or be removed as the product matures, and we do not offer an uptime guarantee or service-level agreement.

When paid plans are introduced, pricing and billing terms will be added here and announced with reasonable notice before anything is charged.

Soofair supports three roles: landlord, tenant, and broker. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials confidential. You must be at least 18 years old to hold an account.

You keep ownership of the data you put into Soofair — your properties, leases, payment records, uploaded documents, and messages. We use it only to run the service for you. You can request an export or deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@soofair.com.

Soofair is a record-keeping and coordination tool; it is not a party to your lease. Landlords remain responsible for their own legal and tax obligations, including issuing any receipts or invoices required by law to their tenants. Soofair does not issue BIR official receipts or invoices on anyone’s behalf.

Use Soofair only for lawful property-management purposes. You will not post illegal or fraudulent listings, harass any party to a tenancy, attempt to access data belonging to other users, or probe or disrupt the service. Accounts that violate these terms may be suspended.

Soofair is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind — this is early-access software. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soofair is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for disputes between landlords, tenants, and brokers.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute will be resolved in the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
