Soofair Property is launching soon, and its pricing with it. We are setting prices the way we build the product: fair to the landlord who pays, and fair to the company that keeps the work going.
A price only works if it works for both sides. That is the rule we are pricing by.

No card is collected and no payment is connected. There is nothing that could charge you.

When will prices be published?
Here, before they apply to anyone, and announced with notice. Until then nothing is charged.
Will I be charged automatically one day?
No. No card is collected and no payment processor is connected. Nothing can charge you without you choosing a plan first.
Do tenants pay for the Tenant app?
Tenants are invited by their landlord. They cannot pay rent through Soofair; the landlord records the payment and the tenant sees the receipt.
Can I talk to you about my portfolio?
Yes. Write to us and we reply to the same address.
